Corrigan was a Cleveland, Ohio, Irish American lawyer and judge who served in the Ohio House of Representatives, as a judge on the Cleveland Municipal Court, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, as chief justice of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and on the Ohio Court of Appeals. He was active in several philanthropic and cultural organizations, including the Children's Council and the Executive Committee of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens. The collection consists of articles of incorporation of the Irish Cultural Garden, a biographical sketch of John V.
